low-chill Bartlett-like pear

I was considering adding a pear tree to my yard. My conundrum is that one of my favorites (of store-bought fruit) is a Bartlett pear. but I'm in Phoenix with 300 - 450 chill hours each year, and 115-degree summers. And I don't care at all for the other pears.

Is there a low-chill pear comparable to Bartlett? I like that soft, gritty sweet taste.

Spalding pear is the closest low chill pear similar to Bartlett in flavor and aroma I have tasted, it is even better eaten slightly underripe at the crunchy stage. Shape can vary from a fat pear shape nearly round to typical pear shape depending on location and climate. I know it does well at least as far South as Gainesville FL. When I lived on the coastal plain of SC at my farm, one year we were over 100 degrees nearly every day of July with little rain and it was not stressed. I think Raintree nursery carries it.
