Suluk in malay is supposed to be hug, so what is this fruit? Is it the durian veriety?

Im not sure what you mean by a hug? Suluk king is a grafted variety of suluk from borneo as far as i can tell. Im pretty sure that we dont have this grafted variety in australia but i would be happy to even grow a seedling.  Im pretty sure some of the rare fruit crowd brought seedlings of suluk in a long time ago but finding someone with the fruit/seeds probably near impossible.

Suluk in malay translates to hug in english.
Nothing is impossible, it depends on how much you want it :)
And soon flights will be affordable again!

There's some local durian hunters in indo/malay on youtube and I am sure they could guide to the tree's eventualy to get the material. Some even offer rare fruit tours so there's probobly a possiblity they would do a private one.
