Rain deluge does anyone have the tally?

It sounds like the sky is falling and the fish are drowning anyone else receiving rain this early morn?

On the other side of the world in La Nina conditions, I have had 40 days of rain this year out of 45 days and 1050mm (42 inches) of rain roughly. 600mm for this period would be closer to average.

It's been a regular frog strangler off & on for about five hours overnight here in Tampa.

It's 4:10am at this writing and the radar shows that the long rainband affecting me in 33604 has just passed, railroading off to the NW.

Maybe we'll have more by daybreak but for now the areas in the Gulf seem quiet.

Here in South Lakeland, near County Line Road my Ambient unit only recorded .26 of an inch of rain overnight.  Sun popping out through the clouds right now.

Bovine I normally have a very wet Jan to March and in a normal year would get only 40 inches of rain for the remaining 9 months or even less.

Rob is there any indication that the pump is primed and we may have a wet spring?
The beginning of February our highs were in the sixties. Last week we had temperatures in the mid-80s.The radio said that was pushing record-highs.

Apparently they got too much at the county fair by the Silver Spurs Arena. I texted one of my cohorts and he says the cars are getting stuck in the parking lot >:(

Happy to take the excess rain hit if you will share the mango overload, lol.

This is the wettest dry season I recall having. I should have dry sandy walking paths along the edge of my canal to fish from by now and they are several inches under water. Not a good sign for the upcoming mango season. But at least I got my irrigation system fixed :/

We had some heavy rain yesterday evening, but in all it hasn't rained much in the last three months.  I recall lots of comments about drought in Orlando and Central Florida not too long ago--like last year?

What is the downside to all this rain? Is it a pollination issue or a fungal issue? Or all of the above. Elaborate please! :-\
