What kind of avocado is this ?

This is from a huge tree at my sons school in Lakeland Fl. It fell out of the tree 2 days ago . ripened today so he ate it and liked it . Can anyone tell from the pictures what it is ?

That's what I thought but pictures of Brogdens don't have a pear shape .

Looks like a brogden, even the fresh to seed ratio is similar. They get pear shaped.
