This kind of jackfruit is tend to be a choise for limited space grower or even for growing in container/pot. it is not recomended for comercial orchard due its lack of aril/flesh recovery and small sized fruit. but for homegrown i think it just good enough considering tree size, productivity and quite good eating quality (flesh color yellow/deep yellow with crisp texture).
and Harry, yes it is a grafted tree like many otherplant material here. but this cultivar is an early bearing even when grow from seed. the tree would be 2 or 3 years old with 2 or three meter height before start to fruiting, good condition for sure.
and yes i think the fruit will got a toll to the tree and most of all, its hangin in the very small twig not in main brach, so i considering to cut the fruits off. i had saw small mini jackfruit dying after bear two huge fruit. maybe its better to grow the tree up, so it will take a better condition to bear good fruits
