What an amazing system the Lord created. Thanks for sharing

Your soil looks lacking perlite and could be too heavy not allowing roots to breathe, Try repotting with a new soil mix that is 15% course perlite or sand.

Yes I have this proboem with the first Rollinia I planted. The issue for my tree is the heavy soil and also tree was planted too low. Everytime it rain dirt would wash down into the hole further burying the roots that were already in heavy soil with compost that had not properly been mixed with native sand/soils. The tree has become very chlorotic with yellow frail leaves.
Not sure how your tree was planted but maybe the roots are unhappy. How thick is mulching?

Ruby supreme taste like strawberry smoothie when ripe.  I had some fruit drop prematurely during heatwave in spring.

I have a Mexican Cream from “Lowes. Thought it was a white interior fruit but mine are a light pink, the flavor is good but not as satiating as a ruby/red guava

Love the taste, I remember it having a slight gritty texture like pear?, cannot comment on production. Ihave  seedling growing.

This tree we have up here on the North Shore of Oahu continues to produce massive Guanabana's. It makes a lot of flowers, but very few fruits...  I think that is part of the reason why they are getting so massive. Picked this monster today at just over 19lbs, its the largest I've seen from this 6 year old tree so far.

I don’t even know what to comment, my minds blown

Yes the taste is similar NDM, but size shape and ripening time seems different. Took five years to flower. This is its second year.
