I have some dragon fruit cuttings..I picked up a plant a couple years back from Zill...It is are very productive but I don't have a name for the cultivar...I can send you a cutting or two..

If its a red fleshed variety it may be Zamarano Red

You may also want to get your hands on the yellow variety (Selenicereus megalanthus) as I have found that to be the tastiest off all I have tried thus far. Though I don't currently have this one..

Heh, if you're willing to risk it coming through the mail without a permit, I could send  cuttings from Reykjavík    Dragonfruit is the easiest plant to root I've ever had, bar none.  You can pretty much just drop a piece on wet soil and it'll root.
