I believe it is annona squamosa or annona reticulata.

I'm pretty sure it's not A. Reticulata (leaves resemble mango leaves) nor A. Squamosa (leaves are much smaller, thinner and slender).

Annona reticulata.  Probably of a red-fleshed variety.  Leaves look like 'Fernandez'.

Looks like I'm in trouble with my "Fernandez", see below. The leaves are completely different from Schutzhund's plant. I think I'm stuck with an unknown variety now.

Below is one of my Biriba seedlings (seeds from Oscar).

My Fernandez may have been mislabeled as well then, because it looks just like yours

Yes, Frank, Schutzhund's plant looks like a Fernandez A. Reticulata alright even though the leaves are not as developed as yours being a very young seedling still. And my "Fernandez" seems to be like your Sarteneja.

Thera, is that the Kimber Red I gave you this summer?

No, not the Kimber Red although the leaves are similar in shape. The mislabelled one is a much bigger tree that I got sometimes ago and I forgot where from.

I bought my Fernandez from Lara farms in the Summer of 2020. When I brought it back to Southern California the new growth caused the newer leaves to look different. I would say the reason was the high SoFlo humidity vs. my SoCal weather which experiences cool nights caused this.
I would just wait for fruit to set, then compare.
