I have a bag of uncolored cedar mulch, is it good to mulch your container plants? I'd like to use it instead of throwing it away.

Yes. Especially if you can't water often.

I use pine bark on top of all of my potted stuff. Mostly just to keep soil from splashing around when watering.

ya mulch in pots works out nice! although I seldom mulch.

I like to use avocado leaves as a mulch.

I use pine bark mulch as well on all my container plants. Seems to help every plant.
