maybe the tree is fertilized and in full sun?you should probably propagate that tree for yourself because i have seen many custard apples trees around here and they have just a few to no fruit... i was at some land the other day that i may buy with my brother and the place is full of both soursop and custard apple trees...the soursop trees had fruit but don't remember a single mamon.
