Title: Toasted Canistel and Cream cheese Sandich
Post by: FlyingFoxFruits on May 10, 2012, 12:34:52 AM
Just put the two together (canistel and cream cheese) at an equal ratio...or whatever ratio u desire

spread on two toasted pieces of bread, and eat a sandwich with this combination above as the meat.

You can choose to blend the canistel with the cream cheese, or leave the canistel chunks large, or in slices, with cheese spread on bread.

U could substitute canistel for the following fruits:

Avocado (sweet type preferred)
sapollia (make sure to slice thin, if not blended if too watery..don't let it make your bread get mushy!)
Sugar apple
Atemoya (although it would be a disgrace to do this to a good one!)

and whatever else you can tolerate eating with cream cheese on bread!

Don't forget, if you are a sugar junkie...go ahead and grab the agave nectar or honey!
