Tropical Fruit Discussion / New Greenhouse
« on: May 07, 2015, 03:02:22 AM »
Dear All,
after longtime waiting and planning;  finally finished my new greenhouse . it is 350 m2 . i wanted to share photos of construction steps . it took 2,5 days to complete . by this occasion i would like to thank you all as many of you (they know themselves)  have fingerprints on my collections and were very supporting and sharing so far and to feel this spirit among you  is amazing. otherwise it wouldnt be so easy to keep up motivation to continue to grow or creat a collections as many failures occured during past years.  there is still a longway to go - many things to learn and new things to add to my collection, thanks to you all.
Warm regards

Tropical Fruit Discussion / cherimoyas die back
« on: October 05, 2014, 05:37:14 AM »
Dear all,
i wanted to post few photos regarding my trouble with cherimoya seedlings. some forum members who i m very thankful, have helped me to create some collection of cherimoya . seedlings are almost 1.5 years old. problem occurs on grafted or not-grafted plants. all plants are in pot- no water log and mostly in greenhouse and very hot temperatures during summer even i shade... so over watering is not very possible as i water every couple of days with limited amount... now, first they get yellow leaves then they dropped them and start to dry back from tips.  at the end whole plant dries..i know it is a root problem but i m not sure on what kind of treatment i can apply for this problem on cherimoyas... if you guide me on this issue i ll really appreciate . after many failures and difficulties i managed to get some graft succes and it doesnt feel good to loose them or the possibility of loosing them...
Thank you all
