Temperate Fruit Discussion / Pomegranate Seedlings Suddenly Wilting

Please help me dudes I'm very concerned and am unsure what to do.
I have these two month old pomegranate seedlings that have been doing pretty well up to this point. Three days ago the one pictured on the right began to shrivel up, but it appears the other two are also showing signs of wilting.

How can i save them? I sprinkle water on them daily every morning and have them under a grow light. I was told they don't really mind the temperature too much (I keep them inside my room).

Greetings forum!
Two days ago I purchased 1/4th of a jackfruit from the nearby Asian market because I can't get enough of the flavor [and I'm going to attempt to grow these seeds against all odds.]
Upon cutting it I noticed unusual brown spots around the flesh bulbs which I haven't ran into before. I couldn't find anything online about what it could be and the pieces appear to taste alright.
Some of the brown clumps are rather hard and are difficult to remove. It's especially notable in the bottom left.
Is this safe to eat? Again I apologize if this isn't the right forum to ask this, I just don't know where else to ask this.
