Thank you very much all. Here is a picture of my mango tree. It stands above 5 ft with three different branches coming off the root. I have grafted a Mallika scion to one of the branches. As Behlgarden suggested, i will try to get scion wood for other branches. Hope my quest to make the Mangos grow on my tree will be "fruitful".

Best regards and greatly appreciate all your help.

Hi all, way back in 2008 I planted a Manila mango seed. I think it has multiple seeds within the shell and I planted the whole shell. Now I got a plant almost 5 ft high with three different branches spouting off the root. Every spring it flowers and produces small fruit of 1 to 1.5 inches in length. However, they ripen at that size and they fall off the plant.

I recently did a cleft grafting of one of the branches with Mallika scion wood. Will that be enough or should I graft all three? Also, I tried to look on the internet for any one who can sell Manila scion wood for this, but could not find any. Any suggestions where I can buy the scions?

I am not new to grafting, but I need to get the scion wood from an already fruiting tree. Hope you can help.

Regards

Sunny
