Tre, You are shipping agriculture products illegally from PR. if you ship Ag products without USDA inspection and do not get USDA to certify the plants/seeds, that is federal crime illegal. USDA certification is required by law from PR and Hawaii, I comply with the law every week. You just have not been caught yet, you will. California is vigilant. They even open my certified packages. USDA will show up at your door after they cite the receiver and seize the plant or seeds. I know from experience.
They come with a badge on their belt as they are Federal officers. I know because you sent me some of the worst seeds (all dead) I ever received, not certified by USDA. In fact, when I returned them, most of the your seeds were full of insect bore beetles, USDA seized and destroyed them. USDA already knew about you, Just a matter of time..

Your 'Hawaiian Orange' Is my photo on my black valise. Not "Hawaiian Orange' I have been selling it as "Orange Dwarf' for some 10+years. Your 'ISIS Yellow' Is 'Golden Dragon' developed by Kona Dragon Fruit Co on the big island.

Then why are you using my photos? Your "Peruvian Orange" is on my counter top with "Orange Dwarf" in my Hager bowl.

Aloha Kevin,
Nice photos, I liked them enough to save them after you posted them on the net with no copyright. I think you would be proud to share them. $20? I have a camera and plants too. Images are kinda like the plants we share with everyone, including you. If it bothers you, I apologize, I have promptly replaced the images of my own (rather simple to do).
As for anyone one else, feel free to share my images from my informational listings. I have thousands of images out there, just google for them. I must have a million copy-cats on the net. Still we are one of a kine.
Also, don't forget to buy some plants from us too. And Kevin, this is my offer. I will be happy to add a complementary plant to your next order.
A hui hou, 7_heads

At least DORGON knows which scammer you meant. I only lost $100. I had to buy after so many inquiries about DORGON. Lucky he is off eBay, burned many of my good clients before eBay had him removed. So you and I know now.

Aloha, I offer small plants, Green Noni too. Please check my eBay listing Item 141002553547
~NONI~ Green Tahitian Morinda Citrifolia Fruit Tree LIVE Seedling. Fruits are not permitted by USDA. Fruits would not be edible even if they were allowed (nasty smelly even fresh). Easy to grow your own in a container, Noni fruits easily in pot.

Mahalo Ricardo, very nice seed I will be planting today. I will have time soon to collect the seed you requested from the land of Aloha. aloha, Jeff

Aloha Jack, Spring will be here soon. I promise this will be a very good year. Carlos
(Ricardo) is one of many fine growers who have helped make this promise come true. Mahalo, Jeff

Aloha to all, Ricardo is not the same seller as CARLOS, DreamFrutas  PayPal is a privilege. Should anyone open any dispute using PayPal, well you will not be using PayPal again for me ever. Should I know you used this method for anyone else, it will be reason to not accept your order. When you purchase from a seller, you are obligated to work with that seller to resolve any issue. Use PayPal dispute to settle any issue, buy your seeds from PayPal. Do not buy seeds if you do not intend to pay. It is not free to ship, much more the time and care to produce the seed is not disputable.

Aloha Carlos, I received your seeds (most all germinating). Well packed and properly done. Sent Nov 7 arrive Dec 15 Mahalo, Jeff Here's what they look like an arrival.
