I just got 4 seedling trees from a friend, he calls it Luke's White Guava. Had a chance to try the fruit, great taste, soft sweet flesh, skin no bitter and hasn't had fly problems picked on the tree. He is in the Punta Gorda area and has more well grown in tree pots for $12.00.
I might have a few available soon. My pineapple annona, which by many accounts is a. glabra, has a nice fruit going on it, maybe more. Not sure how many seeds per fruit these usually have, or how long till it is ripe (currently around baseball size), but if you are interested will keep you in mind and let you know.
