Sunburn, too hot or lack of water.

5
Number of fruits = diameter  of trunk x diameter x 2

For 2Ē trunk, 2 x 2 x 2 = 8
Keep 8 or less fruits

For 3Ē trunk, 3 x 3 x 2 = 18
Keep 18 fruits

Tropical Fruit Buy, Sell & Trade / Re: Pollinating Cherimoyas
« on: June 28, 2020, 12:15:37 PM »
The numbers are some thing like these:
85% pollens are good after 12 hours.
65% after 24
35% after 48

Pollens go bad from high humidity not temperature.

Go buy a tree and get scions to graft.
You don't need to wait.

Are you getting 2 crops a year?

Laguna Hills Nursery here sell these small grafted avocados for $30 each.

Might be a good size for shipping oversea.

The "C" on the bags stand for Carmen.

I'm using medium barks from HD and orchid barks.
The orchid barks are better looking.

If you want to retain water you should use compost then mulch over compost.

My friend's tree has less fruits so the fruits are huge, 50% bigger than mines.
