Your tree is small. Leave it alone.
You don't need to trim it to force flowering.
It will flower when mature.
It's nature.

Go to CRFG scion exchange and grab a couple of each varieties for free.

How long does your wetting agent last?

Peat repel water so I add sand to the mix to deal with the issue.

Chaffey tree is most cold tolerance, White tree is most heat tolerance.
Seedling of these cross has both features.

6
The felt side traps the roots so it has to face the roots.

You have 2 issues with your pot mix.

There is no Calcium added.
There is no Ca in your fertilizer.
Maybe add some gypsum?

Charcoal will lock up your fertilizer.
You need to add fast release fertilizer to saturate the Charcoal.

Good Luck!

Toggled grow lights give u around 2.0 umol/J.
Check them out at toggled.com
They are 4í long, low heat spots.
They give better coverage than COB.

You can use them in your 4 fluorescent bulb fixture.
Just cut and discard the ballasts.

Here is my small LH Sun

Your fruit of Lisa looks like fruit from a cross of Lisa and AP.
I call it LAP.

Put in some windows and use these Agriculture Solutions Univent Automatic Vent Opener.

It's cheaper if you run a loop of water pipe from water heater to the green house.
Use copper pipe in the green house to use it as a radiator.
Hook up a recirculating pump to a thermostat in the green house.
When you are sleeping you put the water heater to work on your green house.

I used 2 of these, RANCO ETC-111000-000 Electric Temperature Control,
for my refrigerators.

The settings are persistent.
The controllers recover from power loss and continue to run their programs.

I've not seen a good looking HW.
That fruit looks like LH Sun.

Some seed shells are hydrophobic.
You should put a sheet of paper towel over the floaters to submerge them.
After 24 hours throw away the floaters.

I had a batch of cherimoya seeds that had 5 floaters.
Those floaters were similar in weight to the sinkers.
Only 1 in the batch failed to germinate.
I didnít know if a sinker or a floater failed.

Install some IV drip lines to a 55 gallon drum.
They drip water and collect rain water.
