Thanks for the update. This is one of my favorite seasonings. I do a lot of Sri Lankan cooking and it adds a crucial 'savory' flavor and also makes some of the spice notes pop.
p.s. I have visited Vijayawada briefly before, good memories of the temples and local vibes.
What is the most famous / best dish from Andhra? Can you suggest any great Andhra Pradesh style dishes that use the curry leaf?
