KarenRei , i would say u ve studied in depth about Kerala...all of ur observations are absolutely perfect...we ve rainy season here from June to november, and dry season from December to May..Usually the wild jack tree flowers in the end of rainy season and fruit matures from March onwards..the tree has a very strong tap root, it grows very tall..such people who dosent have climbing skill, can't enjoy the fruit.I am not agreeing with what  Chandramohan has said about SOUR...actually i ve tasted wild jack fruit from around hundred trees in my life but never tasted a sour one... they are absolutely sweet to me..
and Mr  Chandramohan ,grafted plants of wild jack are now available , sold by Home grown nursery, so it is cultivated now a days...

In my experience, longan should plant grafted or bubbed plants.. Seedlings need very long time, I ve seen some twenty years old trees here, they never even flowered..

3
ben mango, here is a pic of the tree from the bottom..

4
achetadomestica, basically this tree prefers hot climate, it may not do well below ten degree C.... but the tree is very tough, it can recover easily from a very short period of cold..

I ve got some great huge Atrocarpus hirstus trees here, this one is the smallest among all of them. Usually they found only in Kerala, South India.. The tree grows huge, pretty fast.. fruits are very delicious, with a nice aroma. The wood is very hard and used for house construction purpose. Here are some pictures...

in my knowledge rubber tree seeds are not edible, they could be poisonous... :-[
