Palestine Sweet Lime

Gold Nugget Mandarin

JF, here are the pics that you requested. The plants are super healthy and they're starting to flower. Not bad for a very competitive price. Maybe they will have some fruit by the time you come around.

Booth

Pierce

JF and Greg here are the pics that you asked me. So far so good after a week.

J, the Pierce, Selma, and Booth they all took. I am still waiting on Cangrejos grafts. I"ll post some pics later.

381
Totally agree with you Oscar. You're right on.

382
JF, just picked up a beautiful Palestine Lime and Gold Nugget Mandarin from Costco at $17.00. Five gallon containers. The label is from W and N nursery. Very nice looking trees at a great price.

383
JF, I grafted all of the scions that I got from you. I did a cleft and veneers grafts. I will keep you post it on the results.

384
J,  I have some Sugar Apple, Atemoya, and Cherimoya that I can graft. Thanx.

385
Yes on the Cherimoyas and the Sugar Apples as well.

386
Thanx Greg and JF, I am currently looking at a 6 X 8 greenhouse. Hopefully I will have by the time I get the scions from you JF.

387
Hopefully you will share the tricks.

388
Greg, very nice.

389
Great looking tree with great looking fruit. JF thanx for the pics.

Rob, Costco is not a nursery. It is unfair to compare the variety of plants available on a nursery to Costco. Costco offers a variety of goods and services that I can guarantee you, you  will never find at your friendly (not), local, price gouging nursery. Costco carries a limited amount of plants, for a limited amount of time at an incredible price and quality. If one has different agendas for which they don't want to shop Costco...fine....I am sure the overstocked, overpriced, great service (not) nursery will be happy to take your money. Personally, I shop from both and I don't have an agenda. I just call it like it is.  I will leave it at this....Have a good evening.

Tim I totally agree with you. There is nothing wrong with buying from Costco. The local nurseries need to become more competitive, efficient and have better customer service and better prices. Costco sells quality stuff at a very competitive price with a guarantee that if at any time you don't like it, you can return it and Costco eats the loss. That's the way it works at Costco. For all of the Costco haters, thanx for the input, but you are wrong. Costco/Price Club has been a part of SoCal's fabric for a long time and for good reasons. Buy at Costco with confidence. I can't say that about the local nurseries.

Thanx, let me know if you see them again this spring at Sam's.. I will let you guys know as soon as the grafted mangoes show up at Costco.

393
For the guys in SoCal, Costco in Fountain Valley has different varieties of Avocadoes, Lemon Guava, Strawberry Guava, bunch of citrus, and I have been told they will be selling grafted mangoes at a killer price. Will keep you posted.
