With Cangrejo's Sugar Apple you have to be very patient. I grafted mine in January and they started to push 2 weeks ago. They looked like they were dead however after scratching under the buddy tape, they were still green. I think Ethan had the same experience when he first grafted Cangrejo's S.A. I don't know if this latency is typical of the variety or is typical for a S.A. when grafted or grafted on Cherimoya.
I also noticed that in my area now is the best time to graft Custard Apples and Ilamas.
