I plan on coming driving down from Jacksonville this Saturday.  PM me so we can contact each other.  I would love to see the grove.  Did you get my earlier PM?

Curious as to how the mango crop is fairing on Merritt Island.  Looking to sample some of those fruits.  Anything available this weekend?

Great point Har!  Hadn't thought of that never ending chore.  No, thanks!

Carlos, Thanks so much for your help.  Keep shooting those videos!

Thanks Carlos,  I think that is a number 14 scalpel blade that is in your second photo.  Which knife set up do you feel give you the best control?  Anxious to use on some mango grafting.

Hey Carlos,  loved the topworking videos over on youtube.  What is that blade size/shape called that you have on the scaple handle?

No resin in the Duncan's that I have eaten and for sure no aftertaste.  Consistent and heavy producer year after year.  Wind has been the only enemy that I have observed.

Very healthy trees!  I too am container growing in N Florida, was also curious as to your potting medium.  I am using Fafard 3L currently, but getting hard to find.

How do we re-vote?

Did I overlook avocado?  Or is it not a tropical/subtropical fruit?

Edwards about 2 weeks away from being ready in WPB.  West facing and protected fruit doing the best.  Wind has gotten to many of the younger fruit.  Staggered bloom, earliest in mid November.  Right at 150 days.  Can't wait!

I will pull out the old grove map and see if the original wester tree is still alive.

The Duncan was the third variety in that Edward x Pico crossing, which he liked much better, so he went with it.  Maybe Excalibur got some of the wester and mekongs.  I would also like to see what their fruit are looking like.
