Received the Annona jahnii seeds this week, ordered in November of last year. Just when I thought I would have to find a way to summon Hugo Chavez's ghost to chat with President Maduro about the Venezuelan postal service, the seeds arrived  :)
They were well packed, well labeled and intact, with no damage.
I will definitely order more seeds in the future from her!

I have ordered from Adhyt, and his seeds are also of excellent quality. Arrived quickly and intact!
If you want rare fruit varieties to grow, contact this bro  :)

Got some durian seeds and others from Maryoto, and they were quickly shipped, undamaged, and cleverly packaged!
Highly recommended!

I have bought seeds from Beni, and they were shipped quickly, packed well, and intact. Even the USDA Aphis agents were impressed :)
Highly recommended!

Hi Palologrower,
I had bought kokum seeds from this seller two months ago. They arrived quickly, but they were dry. Not knowing at that time that garcinia seeds must be fresh (and lose viability very fast) in order to get good germination, I gave him a good rating, and planted the seeds. None sprouted.  :'(

Moral of the story: when buying garcinia seeds on eBay, ask the seller if they are fresh or dry. If they tell you that they are dry, move on.

therealflorida101 gets a plus on fast shipping and communication, but a minus on seed freshness, at least in the kokum department.  :-\

The other seeds I got from him (native Floridian shrubs) arrived quickly, and in proper condition.

Hope that helps

Tropical Fruit Buy, Sell & Trade / Re: Fresh Bael fruit
« on: February 23, 2015, 10:10:24 AM »
I don't mind if the bael fruit available is the wild "cannonball" type, since I want to cook the pulp with sugar to make a medicinal drink. A neighbor had a bael tree, with hard, cannonball-like fruit, but the pulp was a little sweet and "citrusy". Alas, he chopped it down :(

Tropical Fruit Discussion / Re: Papaya relatives, whose growing them?
« on: December 04, 2014, 10:22:23 AM »
I purchased two babaco cuttings off eBay last month. They are growing quite well in our cold weather. I read that they don't care for Florida's heat and humidity, so I'm hoping that they will produce scions that can be grafted onto papaya, like they do in parts of Queensland, Australia  :)

Hi Ali,
PM sent. Are the seeds still available? Thank you

47
Sorry, I meant curculigo, but if you have curcuma xanthorriza, curcuma aeruginosa, curculigo, and red ginger (zingiber officinale var. rubrum), in addition to the seeds you have listed, I will be very excited! I'm saving up my money to buy some of your seeds. Are they still available? Thanks

48
Do you still have any curcuma and seeds from your list available to sell? Thanks

49
Hi Victor,
I may be interested in buying seeds from you. Which ones do you still have available? I am also looking for the following seeds: Annona crassifolia, Annona salzmanii, Croton lechleri, and Pfaffia paniculata. Please let me know if you are still interested. Thanks

I'll buy some seeds from you tommorow.
As for the Cat's Whisker's, I will have some cuttings available next year.
Best wishes,
Joyce
