They discount different things all the time to keep people going back to visit. There's no advantage of pricing everything online so that people will know not to visit. I think you can call them to ask.

lol I called them twice within 5 mins and same person gave me different information.  I disagree on price listing.   If I see something I want that is on sale I will come and pick it up.  While I'm there I might pick up other things.   Think thats why businesses have sales in the first place to get you there so you might buy other things.

if it's seeds I don't think it's going to be a problem when he/she sends it just declare it as seeds and what type....make sure it's sterile
