Avocados still to make a splash in most of Asia. Try finding an avocado in India or Thailand. They are about as rere as finding a fresh duiran in Florida. Even in places where some exist they are not very well thought of. Mostly grown for the eager tourists that miss them.
I think3-4 year next. Viet nam will make a big step with avocado. Very millions grafted tree are planted.
Taiwan, Thailand, Lao,cambodian, indian ,.....all them go to viet. Nam to buy plant

The internet says most avocados in Vietnam are used in smoothies and drinks which to me is about the worst way to use them. Maybe in bubble tea also>
Yeah, almost people dont know how to eat avocado but everything ard changing d
ay by day

Loads of Vietnamese and Chinese food would be enhanced by simple avocado slices on the side. That you eat the avocado slices as you eat the Viet and Chinese food. No need to make guacamole. Also avocados go along great with soy sauce and ginger juice. Hey, add some Vietnamese fish sauce and chopped garlic and|or onion. You can mash that all together but cut up avocado is also good with soy sauce-ginger-garlic-onion.

Have you ever had an Avocado smoothie (Sinh tố bơ)?  I have... very good... but not as good as a Mango smoothie IMO.

I just don't eat/drink smoothies. I can't remember when I last time I had one. My personal prejudice.

I'm eat avocado like salad, ựgh tomato, garlic...

Very nice!  I didn't know Viet Nam was cool enough to grow those varieties.  I guess I thought the whole country was very hot and humid.
At hightland of Viet Nam, the southern Vietnam verry good to grow them
