Tropical Vegetables and Other Edibles / Pruning Moringa

Can you prune moringa too low where it won't grow back. I pruned moringa back in November to 3 inch stubs above the ground. It hasn't pushed any new shoots. Now seems like the time new shoots should begin here in San Diego. Do you think I killed it?

Tropical Fruit Discussion / Mango Tree Issues

New growth on some branches dries up. Some of the leaves are curled and deformed. Can anyone identify the issue and solution. Tree is in San Diego 2 miles from the coast. Lots of fungal issues in the area.
