Mootti (Baccaurea courtallensis) is found in Kerala
The aril is sour but the fruit has thick skin,red coloured.

3 inch fruit with small seeds,sweet,tasty roasted seeds.
Found in Tripura.
Fruit will ripe in another 15 days.Fruits are on the branches,not on trunks.

I am growing Artocarpus heterophyllus.I have access to the tree of  Artocarpus chapalsa(Cham) .I have seedlings of Artocarpus integer(Cempedak) and Artocarpus odoratissimus(Marang).
I wish to grow some more Artocarpus species.

It is found throughout tropical Africa
Anyone is growing this in USA or elsewhere outside Africa.

I am looking for Umbu seeds.

One garcinia from Australia - Garcinia  mestooni. "The roundish fruit, two by three inches, is smooth, green. fleshy and of a pleasantly acid flavor"
Anyone has any idea about this fruit?

Tree bean (Parkia roxburghii. Syn:Parkia timoriana and Parkia   javanica)

It is found & cultivated throughout North East India,especially in Manipur

The seeds are a good source of protein
