QuoteHas your cotton candy berry tree fruited yet?
oh yes, it shut down over the "cold" months but it produces oodles of berries. You can't really see in the pic but there's hundreds of developing berries that are sure to ripen daily with this warmer spring weather. It was fruiting when I planted it around a year ago and has ever since, and has also triple or quadrupled in size during that time. Impressive trees. My son (18 months) even learned to pick them once he learned how to walk, and knows to get down on low and look up for red berries.
edited to add: I know it's hard to tell from the pic but it's actually around 6 foot tall with a 5-6 foot spread.
HAHAHAC`mon son! That's an easy one

You can find these fruits in Sierra LeoneWow, I haven't heard of any of those except for black plum, serendipity berry, and katenfe!
Damzon(Dacryodes trimera )
Dita(Detarium senegalense)
Black plum(Vitex doniana)
Botlem(Omphalocarpum pachysteloides)
Finger fruit(Uvaria chamae)
Monkey finger(Uvaria afzelii)
Try these two: Thaumatococcus daniellii(Ketenfe)

But I thought you stopped shipping plants Oscar?I believe Pine Island Nursery is the best source for shipping Red hybrid Jaboticabas.
Rareflora.com has some as well...very nice plants.
I have them also! And can ship them, but not to California.
Adam, all jaboticabas go thru red coloration stage, but final ripe coloration is not what i would call red in the hybrid. OK, maybe it is more reddish than others.
