Hey everyone, just trimmed back a few feet on my huge Vernon Sapote tree, I want to root the cuttings organically without hormone of any kind including Willow water. For now I have just put them into very Porous, moist soil because once a gopher got my 10 ft. papaya and  I was devastated until a nursery told me that I could try putting it in moist and porous soil and I thought " hey I'll give it a try" because Papaya's are increasingly hard to root and hey it rooted. So does anyone know if this won't work or if there is a better way?- PM

Hey everyone, at my house the lowest temperature is probably, 39-43 that is the coldest I ever get because I live on a hill therefore causing a micro-climate which enables me to grow many more plants. So I was wondering, If a Salak Palm gets damage at 33 degrees and dies at 30 degrees, then can I grow it and get fruit from it where I live? Thnx

Well I bought this jaboticaba and it is 7 yrs. old with a .5 of an inch thick trunk and has beared fruit. I know it has beared fruit because there was rotten jaboticaba fruit in the soil as well as seeds and flowers on the trunk. Should it bear at this size?
