They sell them here in Mexico on the road to Acapulco.
I also was amazed of the size and took one home.
Not my taste at all ,result ,I thru it away ,not even interested in saving thee seeds.

I have orderd seeds from Brasil and Indonesia each where three month's on the way and seeds are dead.
Have orderd seeds from Singapore ,arrivd in 2 weeks ,oll O.K.

I like Moringa and have planted about 50 trees.
Just plant seeds in a seed bed ,every 5 cm one seed,any soil will do,water regularily and soon they'll sprout.
Don't overwater ,they like it more dry

Big Differents is the time of picking during the day.
In the Morning the fruits are full of latax ,late afternoon hardly any.

Zands is correct ,the lemmon has alot of pectin to hold your jelly together without adding Pectin from the Store.

I have two grafted sapote -mamay ,they are fruting now and are elongated like Mamay but not that big like mamay.
Will taste them in a month or so.

O.K. Hause ,we'll see the result when ready to eat,
Have 6 differt cultivars ,one from Malaysia fruting sice 2 years ,one that is having fruit the first time after 7 years,very tall,
and 3 different from varios locations in Mexico which are all fruiting, the dark one don't remember where it came from.
ASaffron ,you see you soon will enjoy your own Biriba.

Haus, I thought the Jack can be distinguished because it looks dark in comparison  to all my other jacks are green.
Coconut, following analysis
Consistency; creamy not muchy
Taste; pineapple and something else I can not figuere out but very tasty
Soil; clay
Weight of fruit 350 g
Ph 6.5
Seeds; 60
Hight of plant ; 1.8 mtr.

Your logo Idea is the most appealing,as you mentioned yourself still can play with more exotic fruit like replacing one half of Papaya with a open Marang etc.
