Help ID Citrus Fruit

My neighbor brought me this fruit from another neighbors trees, it taste like an orange/lemon mixed with grass, not the best fruit but maybe it can be improved.

That looks rotten. I wouldn't eat that. Very discolored and hard to see distinguishing features. Almost looks like peach or mango.
