Lychees early?
« on: April 26, 2015, 10:37:01 AM »
I have lychees on a sweetheart and Mauritius already turning color. Way early. Just ate a couple, yummy. Have a few other trees not even close. Very strange. Looks like an early and late crop.

Wow!! that is early for Mauritius...mine are all still on the small size and definitely none are close to coloring up. Last year my mauritius ripened end of May to the first week of June.

Here's mine yesterday...

I have a some that are coloring up nicely but tried one and it was still on the sour side, hopefully another week or two and they should be perfect.

A lot of places around me on Krome don't usually have what the sign says.  I was shopping for guanabana and not one place had it even though the signs said they did.
