what do you do with bael fruit? I have had many fruit and cannot figure out what to do with them!

Bael/Golden apple/Stone apple/Wood apple is Aegle marmelos where as Elephant apple/Wood apple is Limonia acidissima.
Take out pulp,add sugar if necessary,dilute and drink.You can add milk to the juice.It is a very healthy drink.You will not have constipation.It protects you from heat and cholesterol.

Have 2 varietys of fresh bael seed
Sweet and sour types
