is the garcinia parvifolia monoecious?  how big is the tree? how long does it take to germinate?

My seeds is not garcinia parvifolia, but garcinia dulcis.
Garcinia dulcis is dioecious,  but garcinia parvifolia is monoecious.
Garcinia dulcis grow about 4-6 meters, germinate in about 1-2 weeks.
