Thanks for the report! I'm glad I'm growing both Lemon Zest and PPK. I'm surprised Dupuis Saigon is rated so high on the list and good to see Ice Cream is still on the top ten.

I am so jealous!  Most people don't even know that many different type of mangos exist. Let alone get to try them. Nice work.

That's why so many people say they don't like mangos when they've only tasted store-bought mangos.  I can't tell you how many people have commented to me that they've never tasted mangos like mine and that they're the best they've ever tasted, and we're not talking Top Ten Mangos, just what I've got now--Pickering and Angie.

Dupuis has been great for me this year.  Delectable.

LZ has been not at its peak but still holds its own regardless.

PPK is probably most consistently good year on year.

Coconut Cream has been a real winner this year.

This year was a rough year for mangoes but that has some upside.  My Sweet Tarts were quite large...left me wondering if thinning (from weather or otherwise) was the cause.  Rare to find a big mango that is world class flavour, sweetness and texture.

Ice Cream has been fab this year.

Honorable mention: Pickering has been great.  I left them late...really late..and they were hardly spoiled on the inside and yes...they were very sweet.

Pram Kai Mea: also a super sweet one again.

Ewais: sweet!

Julie: Dr. Campbell once said its peak flavor occurs within a few hours, faded before and after.  I got one today that must have been right in the window.  Delicious.

My fruit ripened this year fast so I had to resort to refrigeration.  I've never done that in any meaningful way in the past.  This year half my purchases are in the fridge.  So far, they are doing well.  The top notch Julie was there a few days.

What did I miss?  Orange Sherbert, Edgar are the main ones that come to mind.  All in all, a good year so far, noting there are a bunch of fruit I haven't tasted yet (Fruit Punch, ValCarrie, Guava, Taralay in particular).

Add Seacrest to the list of great ones this year.  Pineapple Pleasure has also lived up to its name.  Fruit Punch did not taste like FP again this year.  Not a bad fruit, especially given it is so big...but it has left me living on memories from years ago.  My daughter now ranks Sweet Tart as top on this year's list.  Volume may matter as we only had 1-2 ZINC and Piņa Colada but lots of ST.

First properly ripened Taralay consumed today and it was divine.  Sturrock held its own also.  Had my one and only ValCarrie and it was top notch, great strong flava yet not overwhelming.

Ivory I picked up from Squam.

How is Sturrock? Can you give a review

I agree, the Valcarries I had this year were great

Did you get Cac from Squam?  How come last year's "most requested mango" didn't make your top 10?

Sturrock was fiber free, dense, juice and sweet.  Not overly complex but a very good taste.  I would definitely buy more.

Cac I did get only one from Squam and it was over ripe by the time I got to eating it.  Not fair to assess.  In the past, it was highly rated.

From trip no. 2, Honey Kiss won the day....but...half of them had internal breakdown....not good.  Others tell me it is prone.
