Came off a Vietnamese variety...I will have to find out the name...amazing fruit...biggest I seent ever.



Nice! I've got one seedling tree here that also consistently produces giant ones like that.

Of course my Hawaiian nemesis has a larger one!!! Just kidding!!! Post pics of a beast please, and show us FL boys how to really grow monster carambola!

I never photoed any of those big boys. Starfruit is pretty common here, and most folks don't pay much attention to them. I really like them juiced or dried, but it's really hard to keep up with 5 super productive pumping trees!
