The ice cream of native fruits are ready for the talks/workshop of the weekend at Buenos Aires, thanks Anibal from Fruttos for all the art you put in this delicious experiment! Flavors currently on sale at Rivadavia 950, Junín: Guayaba Serrana (feijoa), Tropical Guava; flavors that are not for sale but that I will take to Buenos Aires too: arazá negro (psidium myrtoides) and arazá amarillo/lemon guava (psidium cattleianum).

They look great! How do you prepare the feijao for ice cream? I have a few bushes, and am trying to use them in more recipes.

Hi,the icecream is amazing, but I dont do it myselft, it is done by a professional worker or... how would you call it? an icecream masterchef?

I just discard the skin and give him the pulp
