PAKISTANI MULBERRY

I'll be cutting back my Pakistani Mulberry and I thought some people might be interested in obtaining some cuttings for rooting or grafting.
This is a prolific and delicious selection.
$20 for 10 cuttings... with plenty of extras!
Be generous I always say!
USPS Priority shipping of $10
US and PR only please!
PayPal is my payment of choice
I'll be shipping them in a USPS Priority Mail box.
The cuttings will be around 8 inches... as the box is about 8.5 inches in length.
I would prefer to cut and ship them fresh to-order for maximum viability.
If you are interested or have questions you can reach me at this address:

Easy is as easy does.
I found them challenging... but not impossible to root.
I managed to root several last summer while the tree was actively growing.
You may have better results.
I have grafted them successfully too... I believe that may be the easier route to take... depends on your skill level...
I would say they are very easy to graft than root.

I obtained 3 cuttings that were from a dormant tree and 2 out of 3 rooted.
I found out later this is not as easy as it seemed. I gave a rooted cutting to a friend
and planted one. We had a late 30F night the first winter and my young tree which had started
flushing died from the cold. My friend had airlayered the one I gave him and gave me
the airlayer which is my tree now. He said it was easy to airlayer. If you are going to
attempt rooting cuttings I would try now since the trees are dormant. Grafting is the perferred
method for most nurseries. The more cuttings you get the better chance you have

Unless I get called into work, I plan to start taking cuttings from my Pakistani this Tuesday.
If anyone else would like cuttings, let me know before then.
I will continue taking cuttings on a cut-to order basis so that they will be as fresh as possible.
I plan to ship same day.
Thanks.

I communicated with someone wanting cuttings sent to Denmark from the US.
What kind of customs or import/export issues might be involved?

Thanks.

Now that the Vortex has moved-on, I'd like to start cutting the tree again.
Didn't want to ship while it was so cold.
So let me know if you need cuttings... as I can start tomorrow.
Thank you.
