 A high risk of much below-normal temperatures is possible during the last week of January for the Great Lakes, Midwest, and Ohio Valley tied to multiple intrusions of arctic air. Frosts/freezes are also possible for the citrus growing regions of Florida. http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/predictions/threats/threats.php
