Eugenia luschnathiana seeds Pitomba
« on: May 02, 2019, 10:14:29 AM »
I have some more seed available. Fresh fruit picked today and some more on the tree. Message me if you are interested.

Pitomba Eugenia luschnathiana seeds

Just harvested.

$2 per seed. $4 shipping with tracking in a padded envelope.

USA only.

These are really good. They remind me of apricots. I think this is a better strain then some others since I have tasted bad ones and other people have bad taste reports. I have branches from another tree from the same seed batch grafted onto this and they taste the same so they should be similar high quality.

Not sure. I got my tree from a friend. I am guessing around 4 or 5 years. They are somewhat slow growing.

Thanks for the kind reviews. Ripe fruit are in a lull right now. The tree has a bunch of green fruit set and flowers on it now. I'll update if I get another wave of seed available. Good luck guys.

A little tip. I grafted on a couple branches from my friends tree and I think the cross pollination really helped boost the fruit set. If you have room, plant two or three trees next to each other or just graft on different branches on the same tree from these seedlings.
