Thanks for sharing Rodney. For the ginger, is it fresh or dry? Whole or ground?

the quantity of cinnamon stick is 1? I assume the thinner bark?

I slice fresh ginger into slivers. I break the cinnamon stick into pieces.  The rest of the spices, I put in my Magic Bullet to grind for a few secs.  Not to grind into powder, but just enough to break them up to infuse better.  I boil these in the water for 5 minutes.  Turn off the heat, then add the tea to steep for 5 minutes.  I use coconut milk as the lightener.  I don't add sugar.
