hi, anybody selling rollinia seeds.need about 400 seeds.thank you,
kumar
How much is shipping?
Yeah, my friend told me that too, but I tried nontheless.I sent my only caesia to one of the growers in a better climate.
I think there's less than 5 total in the USA LOL.
I tried to graft onto mango too, but idk if they're compatible.
I also heard theres at least 3 types of caesia so who knows which one it is.
m. indica isnt compatible with caesia. They are too distant of relatives. I’ve tried 2 different caesias, not sure what the 3rd type would be like. The indicators to determine which type of caesia it is based on the exocarp is when it’s a brown / dull colored that is the sour type and if it’s green they are generally the sweet ones. Wish we had them here
Where were the seeds shipped out from lance? I haven’t seen or heard of m. kemanga before
I did not get them from Lance...it seems extremely tough to find.
Definitely would try my luck grafting it with casturi or odorata
How’s the fruit compare to m. caesia? Any hints of pear or soursop?
Can Luc”s be grafted to another garcinia like IMBE.
[/quote
for sure the new world garcinias can be a roostock for luc's. i think imbe can be used also. not 100%.
Anyone selling Luc's Garcinia seeds? I don't have this one and obviously I need to correct that.
Someone posted that they are $160 for a plant at Frankie’s.i think I’ll wait till these are cheaper and easily available in 10yrs time. 😭
