Never grown cassava, are they propagated through tubers?

Cardamom plants are in the Zingiberaceae family and can be more easily propagated through rhizomes.
Any reason you are trying from seed?

I am in SE LA and grow a lot of turmeric for local market.
Have a lot of fresh rhizome available for anyone that is interested.
Currently growing a few different varieties of turmeric, as well as ginger and galangal.

Never heard of Buzzone or CDA, both sound very good.
