Nate is my go-to for rare plant purchasing, he provides some of the best service you can ask for.

I am wondering if what you are offering as Eugenia sp 'Big' if it is the same that Bellamy was offering. The fruits his seeds came from were like baseball sized, seeds bigger than a golfball.

I see a "pitomba BIG" from another seller for sale, is that same?  "Pitomba BIG - Eugenia Luschnathiana "

Wildlands lists "Common Name / Native Name: Big Pitanga"

not sure if same thing... pitanga is uniflora, right?

The Big Pitomba is a selection of the normal pitomba, and the Big Pitanga is a completely different species.

Nope I don't believe it is.  The seeds are much smaller than that really big pitanga.  These were just labeled as  Eugenia sp. "Big" from the seller.  The description I have on the site represents it as being smaller than the ones giong around that are truly ginormous.

I’m also happy with my last order from you. Did you do anything special to sprout the diospyros lycioides? I’ve ordered seeds before and none ever sprouted.

Nothing particularly special! They had been sitting for a couple months before I got them but they germinated pretty readily and with super high germination rates.
