Ok so both flower develop into fruits. I took one out so the plant can concentrate its strength on growing the biggest one. What do you guys think it looks like? Cherimoya or Atemoya?

Thanks

I've found several of these on multiple trees. No damage that I can see? They have a hard outer shell and look like a starfish???

Scale ! Just pinch them or squash them !

Ouuuch! What a massacre ! :o :o ..hope everything survives.

What does Sadhu say about the quality of the fruit?  Does anyone else have any information regarding this species?  Has anyone else in the forum tasted or seen this fruit before?

Bill

Hey Bill ,

I have tried the fruit before and is pretty good , similar to achachairu and bigger in size. Growimg conditions dont no to much because all I got are small plants. They seen to like partial shade.  For me is a winner and a most have. I know it as pungara but oh well.

Hi friends
dwfl the Felipe's property is for sale ( half million dollar)
Raul I was figuring out with my friend David from Montoso Garden and told me that photos of machabuca are the fruits photos of Felipe.
He tells me that the picture of that fruit should be on that page.
The Pungara of Felipe have similar flavor of giant madroño
Abimael

What did David said? Is it Pungara or "Rusty"
