Mango leaves stains

Would like to ask if these spots/stains are problem or it is normal..  third photo is of old last season leaf  there is couple more that look same, but it is more like sunburn..
It is irwin mango if that any helps, I got it last year so have very limited info I used  just neem oil in spring against pests.
