The description on his salak page states that he is instead shipping red bali salak plants. Never heard of a red bali. Don't know why he didn't just make a separate page for it.

I'll probably get on of those if nobody chimes in here after a while. Hopefully it's an actual bali salak and I don't wait a handful of years to be disappointed.

I don't know much about them.  I can you show the picture of what I received if that helps.  I am not actually expecting fruit I was just curious if it would survive in my greenhouse.

You could probably ask him.  I have ordered a bunch of seedlings from this guy and so far everything seems legit.
