Breadfruit Tree Help

Hi. I have noticed little black spots on my breadfruit tree leaves. Then the leaves start to yellow and drop. Any suggestions? Should I bring it into the house(on cold days the greenhouse goes to 45-50 and I know they don't like it below 60) Are the leaves yellowing because of shock of change of climate? I purchased the tree around Christmas from Excalibur and brought it to Tennessee.
