Go to god little acre nursery in old Almaden road, there were quite a few large parkistant mulberry trees available with large fruit you may taste.

Get an airlayered lychee. Seedlings take 10 years to fruit and quality is unknown. But I think nobody sells seedlings of it anyway so no danger of that happening.
