JF,

Sorry to hear about the splitting and low fruit production problems this year. The weather is indeed been changing the last couple years. This year's winter was unusually warm so far and dry for the most part.
Grow mainly fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

I guess there's a certain sweet spot range of temperatures that's required.
I just attended a cherimoya talk where the speaker had daily data and pointed out that no fruit was set when the night temperature goes below a certain point.
Do you know the temp?
What about the opposite?
I'm trying in Houston, we shall see....
We asked, but he's not telling since it gives him an advantage over his neighbors in reducing pollination workers in the bad temperature period. It took him the efforts of daily pollination and fruit-set counting to figure it out so he's only saying there's a relationship but not giving actual numbers.
I'm not sure if it applies to all varieties either so you're better off doing your own experiment this year so you know next year.

I'd be interested in a Behl cherimoya.  I'm also interested in a multigrafted tree, if you are attempting that as well.

Hello Behl,
I am also interested in purchasing a scion or a small tree you are offering, and I think we are
close enough for me to pick it up, if that's ok...
Thanks!
Sam
